Terms of Service

These terms govern registration and use of the Bogo platform (Basic, Pro and Biz plans). By creating an account and using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

Account & Plan Registration

• You must be 18 or older; business registrations require valid legal entity information.
• All vehicle, driver and operational information must be accurate; you are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
• Plan upgrades/downgrades take effect according to the billing cycle shown in the system.

Commissions, Fees & Payment

• Basic has no subscription fee; commission applies per successful transaction (current example: 10%).
• Pro applies a monthly subscription (current example: VND 499,000/month) and a discounted commission (e.g. 6%).
• Biz subscription fees follow agreed scale, features and SLA in the contract; commission is customizable.
• Payment via supported methods; invoices are provided as required by law.

Operational Responsibilities

• Owners/businesses are responsible for trip quality and for the legal compliance of vehicles and drivers operating on the platform.
• Interfering with or falsifying transaction data, or using the platform for unlawful purposes, is prohibited.
• Bogo commits to system availability per the SLA applicable to each plan.

Termination & Contact

• You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time; incurred transactions remain payable under these terms.
